The finale: Sweet sweet desserts. Two options here, the lighter Cookies and Cream or the sinful Mocha Mud Pie. Beware! The names are very misleadung as the helpings here are more than enough to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Second part of the series brings us to the entrées.
TOSSED TOMATO BASIL CHICKEN
SIZZLING SAUTEED CHICKEN (Looked this up::sauteed means lightly fried)
PINEAPPLE MOJITO WHITE FISH (looked this up too 
mojito = a mix of spearmints/soda/lime juice)

CAJUN FRIED CHICKEN SALAD
I had this one, hence the extra picture. The dressing is supposed to be poured on the salad mix. It has a tangy and “eggy” taste. The chicken bites and greens were plentiful. Definitely not KFC Chicken Salad portions here. Perfect for somebody looking for something different. Overall, the “wow” factor when the food was brought in came from the Tossed Tomato Basil Chicken(It’s the horny garlic bread I tell ya) and the Cajun Fried Chicken Salad.

Hope that this (nearly) comprehensive list will help out in the planning of farewells, birthday treats and the like. Maybe, even company sponsored appreciation luncheons/dinners?? Since there are so many MNC’s in the Bayan Lepas area. Desserts next.

My department had a little excursion to TGIF Queensbay Mall Penang today to try out their 3 Course Meal. They mailed a text menu for us to pre-choose but we wanted a visual taste of what it actually is. Luckily, 5xmom had some pics and I stress some. It helped me to decide somewhat. Thanks 5xmom! Anyhow, since their website is still under construction; this is my little contribution to all the others who wants a peek at how it looks like. I’ll start with the appetizers.
First up: Fried Calamari
